Starting with a new GM manifold, we remove the EGR riser and TIG weld it with 309 stainless wire closed with a 3/8” thick stainless cover. Pre-heated and post-heated to ensure no cracking. Can also be gasket matched at the mounting face and up pipe connection for improved flow.
